- Plan and handle the task of day to day factory security issues, develop and implement proactive and efficient measures to mitigate identified risks and provide comprehensive security services of the highest quality, ensuring that threats to personnel and assets are correctly identified, evaluated and countered in a timely and cost effective manner, develop and implement installation specific policies, procedures, standards and trainings.
Personal Profile: - Bachelors Degree or equivalent. A military or police academy degree would be preferred.- Minimum of 15 years of military/police/security experience with impressive command or leadership traits. Preference would be given to ex military field officers (equivalent rank in armed forces) having qualified Intelligence Staff course/Command and Staff College/served in a commercial organization.
- A good team leader withstrong decision making skills. Should be able to effectively liaise withsecurity's stake holders.
- Must possess excellentcommunication and analytical skills.
