Learning & Development Executive:
Core Skills:
Organize all training programmes including training nomination process and logistics, as well as supporting the implementation of other learning & development interventions throughout the region, effective budget monitoring and reporting of the various foundational and leadership programmes, reporting of effectiveness evaluation's outcomes to enable decision-making and business-relevant adjustments
Personal Profile:
¨ MBA or Masters in Social Sciences with a minimum of 2 years of work experience
¨ Strong communication and engagement skills in dealing with multiple stakeholders
¨ Hands-on experience in organizing training programmes at all levels, including training nomination process and logistics
¨ Results-focussed with strong planning, organizing and follow-up skills
¨ Experience in managing others or leading a project team.
