Job Description:

- Assist the regional Leaf Team in all administrative and IT related tasks (including system hardware / software issues)

- Coordinate with the Leaf Team, service departments, outside agencies and various other stakeholders

- Ensure development and implementation of proper systems and controls including budget preparation and monitoring

- Record and forward daily purchase updates for further compilation / analysis

- Proper Record Management as per company's guidelines and ISO standards

- Assist Regional Manager in complying to the relevant Environment, Health and Safety Laws

- Coordinate logistics of tobacco from depots/storages to the factory

Facilitate internal and external audits within the region
