Litigation Counsel:

Core Skills:

-Manage all litigation of the Company in order to protect its reputation, rights, interests and assets, manage and supervise external counsel to ensure professional legal services are provided to the Company, develop strategy for managing all the litigation issues, draft commercial agreements for their business partners, provide general legal advisory services

Personal Profile:

- LLB and/or LLM from foreign university or other foreign legal professional qualification with an experience of 10 years. Must be an advocate of the High Court

- Excellent Communication skills, especially in English

- An ability to organize and prioritize the workload.

- Possess a business acumen which allows him/her to advise the business proactively .

- Strong interpersonal, and influencing skills.

- An excellent understanding of the civil and criminal procedure.

- Excellent drafting skills.
